Day 1. Master your thoughts and you
will master your weight loss destiny.
I weighed
220 pounds or 100 kgs
Maintain
a journal and write down Why you want to loose weight.? If you don't have
reasons then Trust me this will fizzle out soon. This is the most important
step. This will keep you going when the going gets tough.
For eg My
reasons were to feel great, feel healthy, look great before the D - day
Make a
list of 51 reasons you want to lose weight across the below categories
Physical
- Mental
- Financial
- Spiritual
- Social
- Family
Here is
an example
- I will no longer have to
work hard to fit into my clothes. I don't have to look into ebay to buy my
size of clothes as most of the stores don't have my size or have limited
choice.
- My next family gathering
will be amazing as i will be the center of attraction due to my fantastic
figure.
- I am not embarrassed in
flights anymore because i can fit into any seat.
As you
write imagine how it will actually feel to actually live that way. See and feel
what it would be like to travel and have your ideal weight. Think in all the 5
areas in your life.
